About Cairns Collective Care

Cairns Collective was founded to provide calm, consistent and compassionate support to people living with disability in the Cairns community.

As an independent support worker, I provide tailored support to self-managed, plan-managed NDIS participants, focusing on independence, dignity and meaningful daily living.

My approach is person-centred and goal-focused , ensuring each participant feels respected and supported to build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

As an AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse, I bring clinical knowledge alongside practical, structured support grounded in safety and professionalism. As a mother of a neurodivergent child, I also understand the importance of patience, advocacy and consistent care within the home environment.

In addition to NDIS support, I also provide private aged care services to older members of the Cairns community who wish to remain living safely and independently in their own
